our mission
Operation: Kid Equip’s vision is a community where every child’s basic school day needs are met.
We provide free school supplies, books, hygiene and food items for local children in need.
We carry out our mission locally through:
- a distribution center for teachers in high poverty schools to get supplies for their students
- backpack giveaways in the community
- family events
- book distributions
To effect long term community improvement, we also work to increase awareness of the issues facing school-aged children to empower them to succeed in school and in life.
