Local kids need your help right now

Please join us to ensure kids living in poverty and homelessness have the necessary supplies to attend school.

The second semester is starting and students need to replenish their school supplies.

OKE currently has the capacity of serving 70,000 metro Detroit students – more than 6,000 of the kids are homeless.

You, your business or community group can help by sponsoring a drive today to collect school supplies, books, hygiene items, clothing and non-perishable food items.

Holding a drive is simple. Invite your friends, family, employees or customers to bring in school supplies for children of all ages.

Kids constantly need school supplies, such as pens, pencils, crayons, paper, and notebooks, etc.
