Operation: Kid Equip has special community distribution events planned for the following counties/locations:

MACOMB COUNTY – August 21, 2010
This second annual school supply distribution was already held on August 21, 2010.
OAKLAND COUNTY – August 14, 2010
This second annual school supply distribution was already held on August 14, 2010.
WAYNE COUNTY – July 1, 2010 – August 31, 2010
Operation: Kid Equip will be working in collaboration with Volunteers of America Michigan’s Operation Backpack. The applications for the 2010-11 school year have already come to a close.
For the second school year in a row, Operation: Kid Equip will collaborate with the Livonia Kiwanis Early Risers to distribute at least 200 backpacks with school supplies to a school in Livonia. This distribution will be in the beginning of September. Watch for more details soon.
WAYNE COUNTY – Wayne-Westland Community Schools
Thanks in part to a grant from the PNC Foundation, Operation: Kid Equip will be distributing 500 backpacks to the district in cooperation with the PNC Bank – Wayne Branch. This distribution will be in the beginning of September. Watch for more details soon.
